Halit Hajbakri is an award-winning RIBA chartered architect and urban planner with over 12 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates, the Gulf Cooperation Council and India, working on residential, mixed-use and transport projects. He holds a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Birmingham, Dubai, and a Masters in Business Administration from SVU.

Halit's interdisciplinary experience in architecture, engineering and urban planning gives him the confidence to provide exceptional service to his clients. He has worked in various positions including as a Lead Design Architect at Design Centre in Dubai, a Senior Design Architect at Golden Square in Dubai, and an Architect at Mazaya in Dubai. He is currently serving as an Associate Architect at NA Architects in Dubai, where he leads design projects.

Halit is a RIBA Chartered Architect and is certified as an Autodesk Revit Architecture Professional. He is also a member of UAESOE and holds a Dubai Municipality & Tarakhees Licensed Architect (Unlimited). Additionally, he has participated in German-(Arab/Iranian) Dialogue DAAD-(Islamic-European) cities 2010.

Apart from his professional achievements, Halit is fluent in English, Arabic and German, and is an accomplished tennis player and jogger. He holds a UAE driving license.

Mr. Niroop Reddy is the Founder and the Managing Partner of NA Architects. With a profound belief that architecture is an extension of our natural surroundings. Mrs. Rupana Reddy is a Principal and Head of Interior Design who believes that there is no room for an overarching theme in her work, no one “design approach.” Applying one design approach uniformly to all projects ensures that the final design falls short of what could be. She believes that each project takes on its own unique identity and style and must be treated as the distinctive entity that it is. Her love of design stems directly from this belief. Listening in a different way allows her to translate a client’s vision into something that they can see in front of them and experience for themselves.

Rupana has seen a shift in the responsibility of designers over the years. In creating a retail space, designers are now crafting a complex, multi-faceted experience rather than just a “retail store”. They are creating new destinations where people will come together, connect, and interact with one another as well as with their environment. Vinod Krishna Kambhampati is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in designing and coordinating large-scale healthcare projects in India and the UK. His expertise in architectural design, documentation, and coordination has been recognized and appreciated by clients, stakeholders, and colleagues alike.

Vinod's portfolio includes his role as Principal Architect for the Service and Teaching Hospital Facility at Christian Medical College in Vellore, where he was involved in redesigning and developing the hospital's expansion plan. Additionally, he was appointed as the Architect for the extension plan for the existing hospital in Adoor, which included additional OPD, Diagnostics, and ICU with 100 beds IP in its 3.75-acre campus.

Vinod has worked on a variety of projects as an In-House Architect, including the refurbishment of a 500-bed hospital in Chennai to meet Joint Commission International Accreditation processes. He has also worked on international projects, such as the Ray Phillip’s team in preparing detail design co-ordinated drawings of Science Centre during a secondment programme to Bahrain and lead a team in preparing 200 co-ordinated drawings of Mess buildings and handled architectural inputs to multi-discipline co-ordination meetings in OMAN office for all the 61 buildings.

Vinod's experience also includes working on design proposals for apartment projects, a 50-bed clinic, and a beach house for a famous person in his earlier career. Additionally, he has worked as an intern under the guidance of Mr. PS Govinda Rao - a renowned architect who has worked on cineplexes, office buildings, and hospital projects between 1960-2005.

Vinod's skill set extends beyond architectural design to project management, contract documentation, and approval processes. He has also supervised construction activity and co-ordinated design teams to achieve scheduled timelines.

Mohd Abdul Faheem Ahmed is a senior architect with over 20 years of experience in designing commercial, public, residential buildings, gated communities, and schools. He has a strong track record of creating highly appealing and emotionally engaging designs, which are well-integrated with the surrounding environment. He has a deep understanding of building codes, technical specifications, sustainable building practices, and space planning.

Mohd Abdul Faheem Ahmed has completed his education with A.I.I.A certification, and he is a member of the Society of Engineers Dubai U.A.E and Tarkhees Accreditation Program. He has worked with several renowned architecture firms in Dubai, where he has supervised large teams and delivered complex projects successfully.

In his previous role as a Senior Associate Architect at Ridge Architects Engineering Consultancy Dubai, he supervised a team of over ten members in conceptualizing and designing architectural spaces. At Pioneer Engineering Consultancy Dubai, he was part of an international architectural design firm, serving corporate, education, multifamily residential, and hospitality clients globally. As an Architect at Arabesque Engineering Consultancy Dubai, he supervised a team of three members in designing, served as design lead, and conducted conceptual design space planning, design presentation, and material development.

Mohd Abdul Faheem Ahmed is proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3dsMax, which he uses to create dynamic designs independently or in collaboration with associates and clients.

Some of the key projects that Mohd Abdul Faheem Ahmed has worked on include Staff Housing Accommodation for Dubai Civil Aviation and Dubai Air Wings, Ground + 14 for Sheikh Hashar Al Maqhdoom at Al Nahda, Ground + 20 for Mr. Nasir Iqbal at Al Barsha, Gated Community of 22 and 23 villas for PAN Global Real Estates Company at Al Furjan, and Bangladesh secondary high school.

Nagarajan Gurusamy, is a Civil Engineering graduate from Bharatiyar University, a commonwealth approved institution, who pursued his higher studies in Canada in 1996. With a remarkable career spanning over 28 years, he has acquired extensive experience in Design of structural, Execution, Planning & Monitoring, Co-ordination, Quality Control/Estimation & Budgeting, Value Engineering, Billing for Civil & Structural work across various residential and industrial constructions, and has coordinated with overseas clients. His notable contribution includes being a part of the structural team involved in constructing iconic buildings such as the Burj Khalifa, JW Marriott hotel, Opus Tower, and many more. He is highly motivated to take on new challenges and exceed past accomplishments.

Nagarajan has gained in-depth knowledge in associated fields such as Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, Fire Fighting, and landscaping, due to his vast experience and exposure to diverse responsibilities. He holds certifications in IMS, PMP & CPD engineering, which enable him to explore possibilities of implementing systems and procedures to achieve exceptional results in any project he is involved in.

In his professional life, Nagarajan finds meaning in being appreciated for his conscientious attitude, discipline, and competence. He has the capability of leading and making decisions that could provide significant value to any organization. He leads by example and provides direct technical solutions in projects.
